• Alemany Farmers' Market: The Alemany Farmers Market is also called “the People’s Market." Alemany is the oldest farmers market in California and some of the vendors are third generation. It is a true San Francisco institution. Here, you can discover fresh produce, artisanal goods, and an array of international food stalls, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts. 
• Precita Park: Spend time at Precita Park, a lovely neighborhood park featuring a playground, a basketball court, and a community garden. It's an excellent place for families, picnics, and relaxing in a peaceful, local setting. 
• Holly Park: Before 2004, most people would have looked at you blankly if you asked them about Holly Park. Though it's one of the city's oldest green spaces, it had a reputation for being a bit rough. A strong community effort brought about a multi-million dollar makeover, complete with playhouses, slides, swings, ropes and a lovely picnic area. This circular park is built on a hill and at the top is a spectacular view as well as basketball and tennis courts.
