In July, the median sales price for a single family home in San Francisco jumped 25.2% to $2.05 million compared to last year. At the same time inventory fell 40.9%, year over year.
For Condos, the median sale price increased 13.6% year-over-year to $1.25 million, while inventory declined 42.5%.
